WHY BREATH?
Your breath is one of the few systems in the body that is both automatic and intentional. It is constantly responding to your environment, your emotions, your stress levels, your thoughts, and your nervous system. Most people never learn how to work with it. Yet research continues to show that breathing practices can influence stress physiology, support vagal tone, improve heart rate variability (HRV), strengthen emotional regulation, and improve nervous system flexibility over time.
